One house, one kit.
Place the pin and see whether the house can be modeled before you pay. A kit is a one-time purchase per house; another size of the same kit later costs nothing.
These are the prices once the apps open for sale. During early access the people we let in pay nothing. Ask for access with your email.
Place the pin
$0
- A pin on the roof, from an address or the map
- Whether public lidar covers the house, before you pay
- The roof chosen where several stand at the pin
A model kit
$5.99 per house
One-time payment, plus sales tax where your state charges it. Free during early access for the people we let in.
- A paper model kit of an existing US house, to print, cut, fold and glue
- The roof measured from USGS lidar; windows and doors read from street imagery where a street sees them
- Letter, Tabloid, A4 or A3, at 1:50, 1:100, 1:200 or 1:500, or at 1/4″, 1/8″ or 1/16″ to the foot or 1″ = 40′
- Files for cutting machines (SVG, DXF)
- The kit by email; another size later at no charge
The kit is yours to print as often as you like. Because it is made for your house the moment you buy it, it is not refundable once delivered, except where the lidar shows no house at the pin. How a kit is made: method.
