What every plan has in common. Reports are included each month and do not carry over; further reports are billed at the plan’s price. Monthly, cancel any time; a year paid up front is two months free. Seats are named people in one office.
What stays free. Searching an address and seeing the lot’s outline, placing a pin and checking that a house can be modeled, and the first step of LotLens Massing with the parcel’s outline.
Refunds. A report or a kit is made for your address the moment you buy it, so it is not refundable once delivered, except where the data could not be retrieved. The refund terms say the rest; each app’s own pricing page has the detail: Lot Report, Model.
